Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of the dice, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your happiness matters deeply to me. If there’s an issue with an order, please reach out to us at rootandrunedice@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so I can help make it right. 

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please provide:
- A photo of the product
- A photo of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue

I’ll replace or refund the item where appropriate. I want every set to feel truly magical

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
