  • Processing Time

    Every set is hand poured, cured, polished, and detailed in small batches.

    Processing time: 3-10 business days, depending on complexity, curing time, and current order volume.

    Custom orders may take longer. I will keep you updated on every step of the way.

  • Shipping

    All parcels are packed securely and shipped through USPS.

    • Tracking is provided for all orders

    Once your dice leave my little forest workshop, transit times re in the hands of the postal service, but I’ll always help where I can.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    Due to the handmade nature of the dice, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your happiness matters deeply to me. If there’s an issue with an order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so I can help make it right.

    If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please provide:

    • A photo of the product
    • A photo of the packaging
    • A brief description of the issue

    I’ll replace or refund the item where appropriate. I want every set to feel truly magical

    Custom orders are non refundable once creation begins

  • Cancellations

    Cancellations are accepted withing 2 hours of purchase. After thatm supplies have been gathered, resin mixed, or shipping begun.

    Every set is handmade, and subtle variations, microbubbles, or slight imperfections are a natural part of the craft. These create a unique soul of small-batch dice, making every piece of one of a kind artifact. The set you receive may look slightly different than the set you see in pictures.
