Hi! I’m Stephanie, the hands, heart, and imagination behind Root and Rune.

I started this shop because I fell in love with the artistry of dice making—the colors, the textures, the tiny details that come together to make something magical you can hold in your hand.

I’m a lifelong fantasy lover, a maker at heart, and someone who finds joy in slow, intentional craft. Every set that leaves my workshop is truly handmade, from mixing pigments and placing inclusions, to sanding, polishing, and painting each number by hand.

Running this shop has become a way for me to blend creativity with storytelling. My hope is that every set I make brings inspiration, luck, and a little spark of magic to your adventures.
